What is LogAIq_?
LogAIq_ lets you ask questions about your business data in plain English and get the answer back as a number or as a visualisation, such as a chart, a KPI card or a trend, together with the steps that produced it. It works from the data you already have, so there is no copying into a separate system.
Can I talk to my data in plain English?
Yes. You type a question the way you would ask a colleague, such as "which customers persistently pay late?", and LogAIq_ answers from your data. It goes beyond plain text-to-SQL tools, which turn a sentence into a query. LogAIq_ also recognises patterns in your data, including complex, multi-step ones, such as customers who persistently pay late or sales reps who repeatedly fall behind. It does this with defined, explainable rules, and it shows how it found them.
Do I need SQL or BI skills?
No. You ask in your own words. A one-time setup connects your data and describes it in business terms (what a customer, an invoice or a deal means in your organisation), so that it understands your questions.
Does it write SQL for me?
It does not ask an AI to invent SQL and run it. LogAIq_ answers by running defined, read-only queries over your described data, and it runs them itself. Every figure comes from a real result, and if it cannot work something out it says so instead of guessing.
Can I trust the numbers?
Yes, and you can check them. The figures are not estimated by the AI. They come from defined, read-only queries and metrics, and the calculation is deterministic, so the same question on the same data gives the same numbers every time. The steps are shown so you can see how each figure was reached. When the data cannot support an answer, you get a plain "I can't compute that" rather than an approximation.
Which databases does it work with?
PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery and Databricks are supported. Sources other than PostgreSQL may need minor customisation.
Can it run inside our own network or cloud account?
Yes. LogAIq_ is designed to run inside an organisation's own network or cloud account, so your data stays under your control. It connects to your data sources read-only, signs people in through your company's identity provider, and uses an AI provider your organisation approves. Installation is tailored to each environment.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
From simple lookups, such as "how many open deals do we have?", to analysis, such as "which customers or sales reps persistently run late?", with totals, comparisons and trends. Any answer can be shown as a chart. If you are not sure what your data can answer, you can ask that too.
How is it different from a dashboard, a text-to-SQL tool or a generic AI chatbot?
A dashboard shows what someone built in advance, and a new question means waiting for a new report. A text-to-SQL tool translates a sentence into a query and leaves you to judge the result. A general AI chatbot answers from its training and can invent numbers. LogAIq_ answers new questions from your live data, recognises patterns, and shows how it got there.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It is a responsive web app, so it works on a phone, tablet or desktop with nothing to install.
